The phrase "Morning Time In My Garden" was famously heard when I was in the airforce. It means that - in the morning time, a person will still be in his or her garden ... have a cuppa, staring at the plants or even talking to the flowers (like what Prince Charles likes to do) instead of going early to work. It is also another way of telling "I'll be late to work".Thursday, September 07, 2006
