Goodbye Atikah
Today, we sent another daughter to boarding school. This time, our eldest, Atikah registering into form 4 and she is taking Electrical Engineering.....as the proverb says "where the gravy falls, if not onto rice"..chewahhh, hehehehe.
Their two younger brothers however seem to be 'happy' with the current situation, I think. They will 'inherit' the two sisters' bunk single bed, Samsung SGH D-600 and Motorola V3 plus two ipod nano 4GB for their use while the sisters are away.
We miss the two of them. It was quite a tough time for us to depart with two elder daughters at one go, the elder in Cheras and the second one in Seremban. One thing for sure, we gonna have busy weekends ahead, for the next five years at least.
Bapak and mak wish both of u good luck with your new environment, study hard and be good always.

Adlina is in TKC now
Just can't believe it....yesterday she was a little girl and tonite she won't be with us anymore. She has to learn to be independent...doing all the chores by herself. No more internet, no more handphone and sms, no more Astro...she has to sacrifice many-many things in her life for the next five years. As her father, I am going to miss her a lot.

Study hard, Nina....bapak and mak will always pray for your success.

Farewell to Jaime, Azhar and Zul
I first knew Azhar when we were working together in RMAF Butterworth in year 2000. A soft spoken man but hardworking, same like Jaime. He resigned from SD and chose to concentrate in his own business in Tanjung Malim.
Zulfadzly has been working as the Site Supervisor in SD Kerteh. Joined SD in Oct 2001 as System Engineer in KLIA and later transfered to Kerteh Airport as the Site Engineer. A happy go lucky person but hardworking. He has assisted our company to ensure the delivery of Project ATCS in Kerteh could be completed in time.

To Jaime, Azhar and Zul, thank you for your support and friendship for the last four years. I wish you all the best in your future careers.

Farewell Lagi
Apa nak jadi dengan kompeni ni. Sorang demi sorang dah angkat kaki. Lepas Mazia, Kaas, Aiman and Zaifu, kali ni Mej Shuhaimi pulak. Macam kapal nak karam.Mej Shuhaimi mula aku kenali pada tahun 1993 semasa sama-sama bekerja dalam satu ofis di Mindef dulu. Dia tak pernah mementingkan protokol dan pangkat dan sangat praktikal. Tak perlu presentation panjang berjela, tak perlu report panang-panjang....straight forward ajer. Short and sharp.
Dalam banyak-banyak hal, aku cuma terasa ralat satu perkara aja....aku tak berkesempatan bekerja directly under dia. Aku mintak maaf, Mi. Maybe next time, insyallah ;-)
Aku dah penat kasi farewell kat orang, so....lepas ni giliran siapa pulak?

Selamat Jalan Romeo
Maziah's gone, Kaas's gone, Aiman's gone and this time we bid another farewell to our dearest friend, Zaifu. Zaifu joined SD in 2002 from Ericsson. I can still remember when he came for the interview with a drip syringe still stuck on his hand. He was actually warded in a hospital at that time when our HR called him and he requested a special clearance from the doctor to attend the interview. Unfortunately, he 'failed' the interview simply because I felt that he was over qualified compared to the job that had been offered. I later referred him to another suitable department according to his experience and qualification. Two years later, he was eventually transferred back to my department and had the chance to work together. Other than work, Zaifu has been with me in many other 'extra-curricular' activities, eg taking part in the 10km runs, weekly jogging sessions, TTS, mengulau and also karaoke session with me and my wife. Coming from the same home-state, he calls 'Yeop' which make me feels like an elder brother to him.
He is still single and hunting for his real love. Zaifu has always been a good friend to most of us in SD. This is proved by the number of farewell functions that have been organised for him... the first one was the official one from the company last Friday, yesterday we had a pre-farewell lunch at 'Big Plate @ Baywakwatch' and lastly at Cozy Restaurant Alamanda Putrajaya this evening.Afu, thanks for everything. I also owe you many many things which I cannot mention them one by one here...."Biarlah Rahsia..."
We wish u the very best of luck in your future carreer with your former employer, Ericsson. We surely gonna miss u. Keep in touching and don't kill the animal bcoz the animal can kill u too, OK?

Farewell Bro
Another friend is leaving us for a greener pasture outside. Today is KAAS last day in office. First met him in 2002 when i joined the company and became closer when we shared the same office room in 2004. Other than having the same first name, we share many other things (....including problems) in common ;-)Friday, April 28, 2006
Farewell to Mazia

Mazia, our HR Exec, will be leaving our company, SD on 2nd May 2006 (the day i celebrate my 4th anniversary working in SD). If I am not mistaken, she joined SD sometime in 2003 and her 'cubicle' was right in front of me. Basically she's a quiet person but sometimes she would 'mix' with others when there were 'hu-ha' in the office, especially during the last hour before going home. At this point of time, i m still not sure where and why she decided to leave us...but one thing for sure, it must be for a better place (and pay???) hehehe.....
To Maziah (if u can read this), i and my dept would like to thank you for all your support and co-operation during your stay in SD, especially when involving training. Thank you also for your support in almost all social and sport events in the company, especially the 10km races that we have been participating together with other colleagues.
We wish u all the best in your carrier and life.
