Bahan gentian yang digunakan untukmembuat kolam dikemaskan dengan kayu cengal, selaras dengan tema neo Nusantara yang diketengahkan. Sekelilingkolam ditaburi batu sungai. Boleh jugak digunakan untuk urutan refleksologi.

Biar apa orang nak buat, Aiman tak kesah. Diaorang tak nak tidur malam ker, nak tengok bola sampai subuh ker, lantak la. Nak buat camna, I tak minat tengok football....lebih baik tengok netball, lagi best. Mengadap depan TV 90 minit nak tengok aksi-aksi dan setakat sebijik dua gol rasanya tak berbaloi. Bukannya apa.....tak sabar. Bolasepak Malaysia lagi la waste of time. Kalau peruntukan bola tu disalurkan pada sukan lain, entah berapa banyak medal olympic kita boleh bawak balik. Eh, jangan la mare....siapa yang minat tu, pegi la tengok, aku tak larang.
Yes, it's true. Gua tak tipu. Last night I sang a song right in the majestic Istana Budaya. To be frank also, that was not my first time, in fact my second time. Both my wife and I were actually there to watch Konsert Melodi Emas Ahmad Nawab II when everybody was requested to stand up and sing our national anthem Negaraku. It was a very proud moment for me, at least, to be in that prestigious hall and sang our national anthem together with thousand others. And everytime I passed Istana Budaya, I can proudly say that I've already sung there! he he he
Konsert Melodi Emas II is the sequel to Konsert Melodi Emas I that was held on 13-15 September 2002. Among the guest artists were DJ Dave, Khaty Ibrahim, Latiff Ibrahim, Ramlah Ram, Salamiah Hassan, Shidee, Syafinaz and Anuar Zin. Ahmad Nawab songs were not unfamiliar to me and I was proud to say that i know almost all his songs. Those songs were my arwah father's favourite when i was small and often heard either played on our car stereo or at home. Watching last night concert reminds me of arwah....and I thought if he is still alive, I'll sponsor the best seat that I can afford as a present for Father's Day.

'Beautiful' because it is not raining and I am free. As usual, I and my wife join a 1-hour aerobic session at Taman Tasik Cempaka near our house. Like other people, i think hahaha, after a short exercise session, we normally go for a 'heavy breakfast' somewhere .

Kalau orang lain makan nasi minyak/beriyani pada hari Jumaat, hari Jumaat adalah hari asam pedas pada aku. Restoran Asam Pedas Melaka ni terletak di Food Court UNITEN, bersebelahan dengan Masjid UNITEN. Memang kalau aku sembahyang Jumaat kat masjid tu, Asam Pedas ni memang la takkan aku miss. Or let me rephrase... aku sengaja pilih masjid ni sebab boleh pekena Asam Pedas kat food court sebelahnya. Asam pedas ni memang kaww...kalau pekena sebelum sembahyang, masa dengar khutbah nanti perut rasa pedih ajer. Ada macam-macam lauk asam pedas, ikan jenahak (mcm dalam gambar), ikan pari, ikan sembilang (my fav.) ikan susu, tetel dan ikan kembung.

Tigerkun with his long lost buddy (translate=partner in crime), Eddie Ojeda at Glenmarie yesterday. Unfortunately they didn't play in the same flight. Both played with their own groups and only met before the tee-off at the tee box.
Today is my second day without cigarettes. Bangun tidur ingat rokok, mandi ingat rokok, sembahyang ingat rokok, bawak kereta pergi kerja ingat rokok, makan pun ingat rokok. Memang susah nak hilang dari ingatan dan perbuatan. Seksa memang la seksa, tapi aku mesti kuat. Kalau tidak camna nak masuk triathlon nanti.
Cyling 18 km = tak de hal, lari 3km = kacang (sambil korek hidung pun sampai) ....tapi swimming = 400m .... alamak ini masalah sikit. 400m is equivalent to 8 laps freestyle in an olympic size swimming pool. Itu swimming pool, ini triathlon swim dalam laut maaaaa :-( Tapi, kalau tengok dalam gambar atas tu, ada kutu yang swim breast stroke...so kira okey jugak la. Kalau breast stroke, releks la sikit.
Razak DaBomb was my engineer colleague while serving in Kuantan more than 5 years ago. He was called 'DaBomb' simply because of his expertise in that kind of "thing" (cannot write here...subject to global Blog Search) while in service. In one of the Mess Night in 1999, due to the absence of Band Tambor 4 bgd, both of us decided to form-up an ad-hoc two-piece band and performed the whole night. He played the bass guitar while i played the keyboard. Our duet was called "The Tables"...given spontaneuosly by the MC of the night simply because we were both mejar at that time .... hahaha.
Teman stayback malam dah tak de. Aku rasa semua yang bernama Kamarul ni suka stayback kat opis malam-malam...agaknya sesuai dengan namanya (Qamar = Bulan). Maybe we work better under the moonlight. Wallahualam. Soon, another "Qamar" will be leaving us...tinggal la the one and only.
