After 2 days receiving Corticosteroids, (4 times a day) there is still not much improvement on Atikah's left eye. She claimed that she can now 'see' some pink thing thru her left eye. From electrical point of view, may be the CPU (brain) starts to receive weak signals from the sensor (retina). I hope it is a good sign that her eye is on its way to recover and sense some light.
Atikah is scheduled to undergo an MRI at Hospital Ampang Puteri on Thursday morning. Thepurpose of the MRI is to determine what cause the macula swollen and if there is any other contributing factor why the 'light signal' from the retina is not passed to the brain via the retinal blood vessels.
